High protein Breakfast Smoothie

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
3 kiwis
1/2 cup plain Greek dairy product
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
